Private group dining at The Brasserie requires advance planning — full stop. Chef Tim works with you ahead of time to build a menu around your group, your occasion, and your budget. There’s no showing up and asking for a table for fifteen.
Every group event is confirmed with a pre-payment and a planning conversation. That’s how we make sure the food is right, the timing works, and your guests get the experience they came for — not something thrown together at the last minute.
