Twice a year, your taste buds help us build the next season’s menu.
Chef Tim brings out experimental dishes — things that aren’t on the menu yet,
things that might never make it, and a few that are one good reaction
away from becoming regulars. You eat, you react, and the best ones earn their place.
It’s part food event, part honest feedback session. No surveys,
no forms — just tell your bartender what you think and watch it
show up on the summer menu a few weeks later.
