About Us

A brasserie is an informal (French) café offering Alcohol with simple, hearty food. The dining area is usually large and open, boasting a loud, boisterous atmosphere with many tables filling the space. 

Did you Know, our Co-Owner, Tim, was born and lived in France to the age of 6. 

"The Brasserie at Barnstormer" is a pop-up food experience where we provide delicious “in-house” seasonal dishes. 

As a Specialty crop farm, we and our neighbors grow many of the items used in our Tasting Room and Food Menu. 

Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Peppers, Horseradish, Sweet Corn, Sorghum, Pumpkin, Squash, Herbs, Raspberries, Blue Berries, and Blackberries are all grown on our Specialty crop Farm for use in our facilities.
